HUMAC HRM SCHEDULER
This project is aimed at developing a web-based central recruitment process system For the HR Group of a company. Some features for HR of this system will be creating vacancies, storing Applicants data, adding new Employees by HR, Interview process initiation, scheduling Interviews, Storing Interview results for the applicant and finally Hiring the applicant. Reports may be required to be generated for the use of HR group. Employee on the other side, can check the details of other employees, view vacancies See his own schedule.
Applicants can create the account, view the vacancy and can upload the resume.
The main aim of the project is to develop a Human Resource Management system for the Intranet Automation of HR Software. HR system provides the information regarding the employees in the company. The system has been facilitated with good Interaction/communication facilities between the employees and HR Administration.
Only HR can add the new employees in the system and employee needs to access the web page dynamically based on the user name and password provided by HR and links are provided to web pages containing information about adding employee details, viewing all employee details, etc. He is also responsible to create new vacancy in particular department and for a particular designation. Also he will assign the task to conduct the interview of application to the employee he wants and can view a summary report of all the work done by a particular employee. A list of all employees is provided along with employee’s Designation and Department.
DRAWBACKS IN EXISTING SYSTEM:
- Need of extra manual effort.
- It used to take much time to find any employee
- Not very accurate.
- Danger of losing the files in some cases.
The development of this new system contains the following activities, which try to automate the entire process keeping in mind the database integration approach.
- This system maintains personal details, address, and contact details of employee and applicant.
- User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls provided by system rich user interface.
- This system makes the overall project management much easier and flexible.
- Various classes have been used to maintain the details of all the users and catalog.
- Authentication is provided for this application only registered applicant can access and employee created by HR can access.
- The user’s information files can be stored in Centralized database which can be maintained by the system.
- This system is providing more memory for the users to maintain data.
- This system is providing accessibility control to data with respect to users.
- Designing the system that is helpful for the HR activities and useful in decision making also.
- The proposed system of HR Module is the right software to be incorporated into the Automation of HR Software for helping the organization.
