Human Resources Policy – Employee Referral Program Introduction:
Humac Inc. is fastest growing IT services firm in North America. Our aggressive growth strategies and our growing relationships with clients require that we increase our existing pool new talent from outside Humac If you know a person who would be interested in working for Humac, you can help Humac, a friend and yourself by participating in the Humac’s Employee Referral Program. You can earn up to $2,000 referral bonus as part of this program.
Any Humac associate may refer one or more candidates to Humac at any time provided that the associate knows each such referred candidate personally and based on the associate’s relationship with said candidate(s) believes that the candidate represents a valuable addition to the Humac team.
Since Humac’s hiring priorities change over time based on business requirements, a list of currently open positions will be posted on the Humac website or distributed to your via emails.
Humac associates cannot refer applicants who have been evaluated by Humac in the last twelve months or any applicant who has worked for Humac in the last twelve months. Humac associates should not refer applicants whom they know solely through job boards or social media; referred candidates should be friends, relatives (except spouses) or former work colleagues. Referral fees will not be paid if it is determined that an associate submitted a candidate in contravention of this policy and/or the Code of Ethics.
Expiry Clause: All referrals are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of referral. If the candidate is hired after this time, Humac will not pay a referral fee for the candidate.
Humac will pay the referring associate an incentive of up to US $2,000 (depend on experience and skills, subject to applicable taxes) if a referred candidate is hired by Humac and completes three months of service with Humac in. The referral incentive is based upon the position into which the referred candidate is hired. Referral incentives under this program will only be paid to Humac associates who recommend candidates that are already in and who, if hired, will be employed on a Humac payroll.
(Note: Special campaigns for niche skills with higher referral amounts may be run occasionally)
In order to receive bonus payments, the referring associate must be on a Humac payroll at the time when payment is due. In the event that the newly hired associate leaves Humac for any reason, the referring associate will not be entitled to any pending payments.
Humac Inc. reserves the sole right to determine, in accordance with Humac’s standard hiring practices, if a referred candidate qualifies for employment by Humac may modify or discontinue this program at any time, with or without notice. Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that the same candidate is referred to Humac by more than one source; for example, by two associates or by a Humac Associate and a Recruiting Agency, Humac at its sole discretion, shall make a judgment regarding the relevant source of the referral.
